Migrating Presets & Objects from Bryce 5 to Bryce 5.5

The older Bryce 5 has been around for a few years and no doubt you have built up a nice collection of Material, Object and Sky Presets. Along comes Bryce 5.5 and now you are faced with the dilemma of what to do with your old presets. Are they lost?
